The Fine Print:

1.) 951 Storage can not and does not provide insurance for your personal property. You must provide your own insurance if you wish to be covered for potential losses of any kind.

2.) Self Storage units are not to be used as living quarters. Units found being "lived in" will be vacated immediately.

3.) Tenants must comply with all federal, state and county laws and ordinances. Hazardous waste, including but not limited to oil, gasoline, or bottle gases as well as poisons and other toxic substances shall not be stored at this facility.

4.) Commercial activities are prohibited. Work shops, garage sales or any other activity generating commercial traffic is prohibited. Signs of any kind are not permitted.

*boats with excessive barnacle growth may be charged a higher rate for bottom cleaning

**the brands of paint available today for aluminum boats are not the best. 951 Storage will not be responsible for boats coated with this type of pain. Its is out belief that aluminum boats should never be painted with a copper based paint, even if the manufacturer claims it is "safe for aluminum boats." It is currently the only choice, however. We will not be held responsible for improperly treated aluminum under our coating of paint.

Rackable Trailers -- 20' or less $80.00 per month.  21" to 30 ' $100.00 per month. (no long term discounts)

Outside Storage Boats & Trailers - $4.75 per foot, per month plus tax.  RVs - $5.25 per foot.  A five percent (5%) discount is offered to those wishing to pay 6 months and a ten percent (10%) for 12 months, IN ADVANCE. Daily charge is $10.00 for 20’ or less, $15.00 for 21’ to 30', 31' to 40' $20.00 per day.

Our outdoor lot consists of two fully fenced acres of land, lighted at night with a security system activated on the property at night. A manager does live on site. (Manager on site at night for security purposes only).

Your vehicle is also protected by the largest swarm of trained attack mosquitoes in SW Florida.

Inside Storage - Currently there are several different size units available as described below.

5% discount for 6 months, 10% discount for one year PRE-PAID

Units found with lights left on, are charged $10.00 additional per month. Round disc type locks are permitted only if a key is left with the office. Please ask us about this policy.

Non-C/C units are insulated from extreme heat, but are not climate controlled. Should you have items requiring climate controlled units, other arrangements should be made. Units DO NOT have electricity, other than a single light. Lights ARE NOT to be tapped for electrical appliances because of fire code reasons. Electric may be turned off for prolonged periods of time.

All rents are due on the first of each month. Rents remaining uncollected at the close of the business day on the fifth of the month will be considered late. A $10.00 late fee will be imposed at that time. 15 days late will lead to an eviction notice sent and a $25.00 administration fee imposed to cover costs. Checkouts after the last day of the month will be billed at $10.00 per day.
